What a wonderful experience at the Brass Key! The location was perfect, the pool was beautiful, but the staff was the best part! John and Yvonne who worked at the breakfast house were so kind and the room was always so clean and all of the food was always fully stocked. My housekeeper Careen was outstanding. My room was immaculately clean. Andrea was absolutely wonderful and always making sure I was happy with my stay. I can’t wait to come back!

Love everything about this place. Starting with the service, which is impeccable, we were blown away. The facility is beautifully laid out, our room was quiet, comfortable and roomy with a special view. The pool was clean and great temperature. We loved the wine and cheese happy hour at 5. The location was fantastic. We had a great stay and will be back!!

This was our first time in P town and the Brass Key was fabulous! The location was perfect. Our room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The bed was super comfortable and it was really quiet inside our room even with the nightlife close by. It's adult only and pet friendly - which was a bonus. There is even a complimentary breakfast and happy hour with wine and cheese. I really didn't want to write a review because I'd like to keep this gem to myself! We will definitely return.

Thanks so much to Pat and Dale for hosting my wife and me at the Brass Key. First time at this beautiful little hide away. The architecture and style of this resort is something to behold. Everyone was so warm and helpful. The grounds, pool, hot tub, and rooms were all perfect. The decor, furnishings throughout the resort are unique and fit so well with the overall design and vibe. The location is literally a walk to everything. Brian the mixologist at the Shipwreck Lounge made incredible cocktails and Yvonne and John made the complimentary breakfast and Roomers Cafe so inviting and delicious. One last nod to Kevin who kept us up to speed and was in constant communications for all our needs and wants. Thank you all for an amazing stay. Hope to be back soon.

What a fabulous time we had at the Brass Key! My partner and I were down for the holiday weekend, and could not have been more pleased with the accommodations and service. There are many nice hotels and inns in Ptown, but the Brass Key is very special and has so many amenities, including a lovely pool and a full breakfast included! It’s dog-friendly (or several of their rooms are), which is important to us, and the inn even has bikes you can use during your stay. Even if you don’t use the bikes, though, the Brass Key is on a great location, walking distance to everything. What really makes the place great, though, is the staff…everyone is so kind and helpful. Thank you to Dale, Kevin, Jovan, Patrick, and the entire staff for being so gracious and welcoming!

A very pleasant stay for one night as I was in town for the Grand wine tasting at town hall. Thanks to Kevin, I was able to get into my room early and get ready for the event which started at 1pm. Back at the room later I found that I had forgotten my bathing suit for the hot tub and pool (both heated). Silly mistake! Do not forget that. On my way out the next morning, Kevin wished me well and offered me some cookies for my journey. I am looking forward to staying here again! Lovely property and kind people.

The location was perfect! No more than a 2-minute walk down to Commercial Street- the absolute heart of Provincetown. Our room was the Captain’s Suite - a hot tub outside out door and a short walk to some of the best breakfast buffets you could imagine. Every evening was started with a Social Hour - wine, cheese and crackers - to begin our evening enjoying the town. Service was excellent and the staff were all so attentive and helpful. We truly enjoyed our time at the Brass Key!
